If something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to help with a return or exchange whenever possible.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For gifts, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate extended timeframes.

  • Custom orders and sale items are final sale unless noted otherwise.

Shipping Policy

We ship with care!
All orders are processed and shipped from Connecticut, USA.

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t reroute packages once they’re in transit.

  • Sundae Faire is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we’ll always do what we can to assist if something goes wrong.

International Orders:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties their country may apply.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
