If something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to help with a return or exchange whenever possible.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For gifts, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate extended timeframes.
Custom orders and sale items are final sale unless noted otherwise.

Shipping Policy
We ship with care!
All orders are processed and shipped from Connecticut, USA.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t reroute packages once they’re in transit.
Sundae Faire is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we’ll always do what we can to assist if something goes wrong.
International Orders:
International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties their country may apply.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
