Our Condition Guide

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is listed. We review quality, wear, and overall appearance so buyers know exactly what they are purchasing. Select designer items receive an additional review to look for defects and check for signs of counterfeit pieces.

Items are categorized using the following condition levels.

Brand New

Item is new with original tags.
Item has not been worn.
Minor marks from storage or handling may be present, but overall condition remains new.

Like New

Item shows little to no signs of wear.
Fabric, structure, and hardware appear almost unused.

Lightly Worn

Item has been gently used and remains in excellent wearable condition.
You may notice slight fading, light pilling, or small surface marks on hardware.

Pre-Loved

Item has been worn and shows normal signs of use.
Possible minor flaws such as light pilling, faint stains, small fabric pulls, or up to two small holes.

Repairable Find

Item has visible wear or flaws that may benefit from minor repair.
These pieces may still be desirable because of their brand, style, or rarity. Many buyers enjoy restoring or repurposing these items.

Vintage Pieces

Vintage items are unique and often decades old. Age alone can create small variations in fabric, color, or hardware. Each vintage piece is carefully inspected before listing so you can understand its true condition.

We classify vintage items using the following condition levels.

Vintage Excellent

Vintage item in exceptional condition for its age.
Fabric, structure, and hardware are well preserved with minimal signs of wear.
Any signs of age are very minor.

Vintage Very Good

Vintage item that has been well cared for and remains fully wearable.
May show light signs of age such as gentle fading, small marks, or light wear on hardware.

Vintage With Character

Vintage item that shows visible signs of age or wear.
This may include fading, small stains, loose threads, or other cosmetic imperfections.
Despite these signs, the piece remains wearable and retains its vintage appeal.

Vintage Restoration Piece

Vintage item with noticeable flaws that may benefit from repair or restoration.
Examples may include missing buttons, stains, fabric wear, or damaged hardware.
These pieces are often rare, collectible, or desirable for vintage lovers who enjoy restoration projects.
