Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Processing time includes:

  • order verification

  • packaging

  • preparing shipment with the carrier

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

United States and Puerto Rico

Flat rate shipping:

Each additional item in the same order:

$1.00

This applies to shipments anywhere within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Canada

Flat rate shipping:

$12.99 per order

Each additional item in the same order:

$1.00

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

United States and Puerto Rico
3 to 7 business days

Canada
7 to 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

International Orders (Canada)

Canadian orders may be subject to:
