Our Condition Guide

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is listed. We review quality, wear, and overall appearance so buyers know exactly what they are purchasing. Select designer items receive an additional review to look for defects and check for signs of counterfeit pieces.

Items are categorized using the following condition levels.

Brand New

Item is new and includes original tags when applicable.
Item has not been worn or used.
Applies to clothing, jewelry, bags, and accessories.
Minor marks from storage or handling may be present, but the overall condition remains new.

Like New

Item shows little to no signs of wear or use.
Clothing appears unworn, and fabrics remain fresh.
Jewelry, bags, and accessories show minimal handling with clean surfaces and hardware that looks almost unused.

Lightly Worn

Item has been gently used and remains in excellent wearable condition.
Clothing may show slight fading or light pilling.
Jewelry, bags, or accessories may have small surface marks or light scratches on hardware.

Pre-Loved

Item has been used and shows normal signs of wear.
Clothing may show light pilling, faint stains, small pulls, or up to two small holes.
Jewelry, bags, or accessories may show visible surface wear, light scratches, or minor aging.

Repairable Find

Item has visible wear or flaws and may benefit from minor repair or restoration.
Examples may include stains, fabric wear, missing stones, broken clasps, worn straps, or damaged hardware.
These pieces are still offered because of their style, brand, or rarity and may appeal to buyers who enjoy restoring or repurposing unique items.

Vintage Pieces

Vintage items are unique and often decades old. Age alone can create small variations in fabric, color, or hardware. Each vintage piece is carefully inspected before listing so you can understand its true condition.

We classify vintage items using the following condition levels.

Vintage Excellent

Vintage item in exceptional condition for its age.
Applies to vintage clothing, jewelry, bags, and accessories.
Fabric, structure, stones, and hardware are well preserved with minimal signs of wear.
Any signs of age are very minor.

Vintage Very Good

Vintage item that has been well cared for and remains fully wearable.
May show light signs of age such as gentle fading, small marks, light scratches, or mild wear on hardware, clasps, or closures.

Vintage With Character

Vintage item that shows visible signs of age or use.
This may include fading, small stains, loose threads, light scratches, patina on metal, or other cosmetic imperfections.
Despite these signs, the piece remains wearable and retains its vintage appeal.

Vintage Restoration Piece

Vintage item with noticeable flaws that may benefit from repair or restoration.
Examples may include missing buttons, missing stones, broken clasps, stains, fabric wear, damaged straps, or worn hardware.
These pieces are often rare, collectible, or desirable for vintage enthusiasts who enjoy restoring unique finds.
